Let me start by saying this is a welcome home to any and all who wish to be part of a movement geared towards health, longevity and achieving a high quality of life. We're based out of London, ON but hope to have our digital influence reach far more than those located locally.
At WYT? we're focused on helping people produce better versions of themselves through the use of targeted training strategies, impactful lifestyle modifications and community involvement with other like-minded individuals right here in our forum.
We aim to keep a high level of positivity and encouragement as well as a thirst for self improvement and the acquisition of knowledge through application. In other words, all we ask is that you show up (in person or digitally) with a smile on your face, a willingness to learn and an appetite for hard work. If you can do that, that's about 80% of the battle and I can almost guarantee you'll see some life changing results in no time. At the very least, you'll learn some new stuff and probably come out of it with a new friend or two. Still a win if you ask me.
The aim of this site is to offer up options to improve your health through the use of our services but also to provide a steady flow of helpful advice and professional guidance, motivational pictures/videos of our tribe members, a continual upload of entertaining/educational blog posts and a digital home where anyone who wants to become better can feel comfortable hanging out, sharing success stories/strategies and contributing to positive growth of our community.
