What's up Collective? If you missed your chance to join the group workout earlier this month, then you're in luck - we're going out again!
This time we're keeping it basic and bringing it back to the roots of the Health Collective with a straight up ruck 'workout' if you will. No air squats, no hill sprints and definitely no burpees - only a walk with some weight on your back. While this outing won't be complicated, it will be lengthy. We're going to ruck 16km (16.51km to be exact) through the Kains Woods. *This route is brought to us by one of the Health Collective's very own, Michelle Belton (be sure to thank her in person next time you see her). When: Sunday, January 29th at 10:00amWhere: We will meet at the intersection of Westdel Bourne and Kains RdWhat do I need?
Outdoor winter active clothing
Compass, bear spray and supplies to start a fire if we're forced to spend the night (kidding)
Lastly, while we encourage those who join us to bring a backpack or ruck with 20-50lbs of resistance (plates, medicine balls, dumbbells, kitty litter, etc.), it's totally fine if you'd prefer to tackle this with only your bodyweight.
As always, anyone and everyone is welcome to join so please spread the word and let's see how many people we can bring out for this mini adventure.
Also, for those who join us this time around (and those who came out earlier this month), we'd like to thank you by giving you your very own 'Do Hard Things' patch. Be sure to let me know when you see me!If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.-Dave

The Health Collective is always looking to grow our tribe. Our strength comes from our numbers. Please help us spread the word and recruit anyone you think might gain even a little benefit from being part of our community.
With that being said, a few friends and family have been included in these emails as a sort of active invitation. If this is you (or anyone for that matter) and you no longer wish to be a part of the Health Collective and receive these emails, feel free to simply unsubscribe (we will miss you but our feelings won't be hurt).
