    Month 1 - January, 2022

    JANUARY 2022

    To kick things off, this month we are starting with the topic of comfort and the power that can be achieved by learning how to embrace discomfort. You will be asked to spend considerable time in what might be an uncomfortable position for some, as well as hike around in the cold while carrying a weighted ruck/backpack. Are you ready to jump in and join for month one?

    Healthy Habit

    Accumulate 5min total in the bottom of a deep squat for 7 consecutive days at some point this month. If you miss a day, start over.

    Alright guys and gals, we're three days in and I'm curious to hear how everyone's doing so far? I'm not going to lie, I haven't cracked into the book just yet (dying to though!) but I have completed 5min in a squat hold for the past three days. Let us know how you're making out so far!
